• Welcome to the British Masters

Olympic Champion Justin Rose takes the British Masters supported by Sky Sports to Walton Heath, in Surrey, from October 11-14.

Rose succeeds Lee Westwood in the role of tournament host and like Westwood, he is a former British Masters champion, having won the title at Woburn in 2002, holding off the challenge of close friend Ian Poulter.

He has enjoyed a stellar career since that victory, becoming the first Englishman in 33 years to win the US Open in 2013, before claiming the gold medal on golf’s return to the Olympic Games in Rio last year. Walton Heath also has a fine pedigree, having hosted the Ryder Cup in 1981 and five editions of the European Open between 1978 and 1991.
